MEET ERIKA

I'm a corporate girl by day and a bookish girl by night.

I have a background as an occupational therapy clinician; now, I am a content strategist and program manager. I transitioned out the clinic two years ago and I am thriving the most I ever have in my career.

Somewhere in between these two career milestones, I had started my own education and media business (former Joy Energy Time) centered around burnout management.

My mission is to instill confidence in your career path and inspire you to embody cozy living.

Both are equally important to me for different reasons; they're both life-changing, from the monumental leap into the unknown depths of a new career to making the almost insignificant everyday moments that pass us by into a life you've fallen in love with.

I define cozy living as being impassioned by your work, crafting delightful moments tucked away in the corners of your day, and engaging in meaningful activities that make you you.
